About the Position

As a Coach at Eyes4work, you will work with your team in matching and recruitment. Your main responsibility is to support job seekers by matching them with jobs or further studies. You are motivated by working with people from different backgrounds and needs and finding solutions for each individual.

You have a results-driven work approach and enjoy working towards set goals. Creating and maintaining corporate contacts is a natural part of your role, and you see it as both a fun and rewarding challenge.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is self-driven, engaged, and has a strong interest in helping others develop. You are a relationship builder with experience in job matching.

Requirements

To be considered for the position, you need to meet one of the following options:

Option 1

• University education of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system).
• At least two (2) years of work experience equivalent to full-time (part-time can also be accepted if the total working time corresponds to two years of full-time).

Option 2

• At least one (1) year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with passing results.
• At least three (3) years of work experience equivalent to full-time in one of the following areas:

• Leadership with personnel responsibility
• Recruitment
• Transition work for job seekers
• Study and career guidance
• Handling personnel issues (not just personnel administration)
• Work with labor and labor market issues
• Work with social and group psychology
• Career guidance

Other Requirements

• Driver's license B and access to a car
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious

• Experience in sales
• Experience working with authorities
• Knowledge of other languages, such as Arabic, Somali, or Tigrinya
