We are looking for an engaged and structured Office Coordinator for an assignment at our client Länsförsäkring Kronoberg

About the position

As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. You will handle everything from ordering office supplies and maintaining common areas to managing access systems and inventory. The role involves both independent work and collaboration with other departments.

This position is a consulting assignment where you will work as needed at all of Länsförsäkring Kronoberg's offices, and you will also work full-time during the summer for 4–5 weeks. We hope you can start immediately!

About you

We are looking for someone who enjoys varied tasks and many points of contact. We believe you are studying or seeking a part-time job alongside another main occupation. You have good administrative skills and basic knowledge of Word and Excel; previous experience in customer service/reception is a plus. As a person, you are structured, methodical, and have a sense of order.

To be considered for the position, a driver's license is required, as you will be working at various offices around the region. You speak and write fluently in Swedish.
