Receptionist Wanted in Växjö

Are you a service-oriented and flexible person who enjoys being the face of the company? Manpower is now looking for receptionists for upcoming consulting assignments with our clients in Växjö. We have both part-time and full-time assignments starting as agreed.

About the Role

As a receptionist, you are the company's first point of contact and an important part of daily operations. You greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and handle administrative tasks. This role is suitable for you if you have a professional demeanor, are solution-oriented, and enjoy providing service.

Your Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet visitors.
• Handle incoming calls and emails.
• Administrative tasks such as mail handling, bookings, and orders.
• Maintain order in the reception and common areas.
• Assist with simpler office matters.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who is:

• ✔ Service-oriented with a pleasant demeanor.
• ✔ Structured and detail-oriented.
• ✔ Flexible and accustomed to handling varied tasks.
• ✔ Experienced in working with computers and administrative systems.

You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. English is a plus. Previous experience in reception, administration, or customer service is an advantage.
