ABOUT THE POSITION
At Academic Work, we are currently looking for a receptionist on behalf of our client. Our client provides services in auditing and accounting and operates in over 150 countries. Here, you will have the opportunity to work in a workplace characterized by an open culture and community.
Brief about the position:
- Introduction will take place during weeks 26-27 with the manager on-site
- The office will close during weeks 28-31, and you will be off
- You will start your assignment in week 32 and are expected to be self-sufficient in your role
- Working hours are 8 AM - 12 PM, Monday to Friday
In this role, you are expected to step in where needed. You should enjoy providing service and have various points of contact. The days are dynamic, and your tasks will vary. During your working hours, you will have overall responsibility for the office, which is why it is also important that you are responsible.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks
In this role, you will primarily work at the reception and have tasks related to reception and office duties. Your responsibilities include, among others:
- Staffing the reception and making all guests feel welcome
- Handling incoming emails and calls
- Office administration and document management
- Coordinating and supporting service and maintenance
- Managing orders for the office and being responsible for meeting management
- Preparing for the afternoon and various events
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has 1-2 years of experience in a similar or service-related role
- Presents a professional and friendly demeanor
- Is independent, responsible, and proactive, with the ability to identify and tackle tasks without needing to be told
- Can prioritize tasks and maintain structure in your work
It is an advantage if you:
- Have previously worked in reception or as a conference host
- Have good system understanding
- Are unpretentious and have a forward-leaning attitude
