Job Description

As a customer service employee, you work together from a customer-efficient perspective, which means a clear focus on the customer's needs and expectations. By working in a unified and efficient manner, security is created for both customers and colleagues. To thrive in the customer service role, you need to have a drive and a passion for delivering the best possible customer experience! Since the work is event-driven with many things happening simultaneously, it is important to have the ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel. Communication and collaboration are key to success!

Working hours: 07:00-16:00

Responsibilities
As a customer service representative, you play an important role in creating the best possible customer experience.
Qualifications
To be successful in the role of customer service representative, we see that you have:
Good communication skills
A positive person with a driven and solution-oriented attitude
Very good knowledge of both English and Swedish, spoken and written
Good computer skills
Some type of experience from a service occupation
Completed secondary education with grades
