We are now looking for an IT technician for an exciting assignment with our client in Örnsköldsvik. This is a role where you will work closely with users and be a key person in ensuring an efficient and well-functioning IT environment. The role suits you who have experience in technical support and enjoy working both solution-oriented and proactively – always with the user in focus.

As an IT technician, you will work according to the ITIL framework to manage incidents, solve technical problems, and improve the user experience. You will work closely with various departments and be involved in change processes where you contribute with technical expertise and improvement initiatives.

• Quickly handle incidents and technical problems
• Provide daily user support and troubleshoot IT systems
• Participate in change work and system updates
• Document solutions and work processes
• Work proactively to improve support and user experience
• Collaborate with different departments for a functioning IT environment

• Has good experience in technical support and is used to working according to ITIL processes
• Is confident in troubleshooting and solving IT incidents in a structured manner
• Documents work methods and solutions carefully and clearly
• Is self-driven and takes responsibility, but also thrives in teams and collaborations
• Has a service-oriented and professional approach in contact with users
• Thinks solution-oriented and is motivated to improve IT environments and work methods
