About the role

As a Support Technician at Foxway, you will have a varied and challenging everyday life where you work closely with customers and take significant responsibility. No day is the same – below is a selection of the exciting tasks you will undertake:

• Manage and document incoming support cases via our case management system
• Provide technical support for hardware, mobile phones, printers, and other IT equipment
• Install and deliver computers, mobile phones, printers, and other client-facing IT hardware while ensuring our hardware register is up to date
• Perform age replacements of computers, mobile phones, printers, and other IT equipment

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a strong sense of service and a solution-oriented approach. You are flexible and thrive in a changing environment where you can showcase your technical skills and ability to work with both details and a holistic perspective. We believe you also have:

• At least 1 year of experience working in complex IT environments
• Technical foundational skills and experience working with printing devices
• Experience managing cases via case management systems
• A strong customer focus and a flexible attitude, as assignments vary in scope and character
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driving license B

It is advantageous to have experience with:

• ServiceNow, Jeeves, or Sysman
• The ITIL process
