As a Payroll Consultant at Azets, you will have the opportunity to work in a role where quality and efficiency go hand in hand. We have built one of Sweden's most automated and efficient payroll management processes, which means you as an expert can focus on what really makes a difference – ensuring that salaries are delivered correctly, on time, and according to the client's needs.

Main Responsibilities:

• Quality assurance of payroll delivery for Swedish clients, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and as agreed.
• Automation of parts of the payroll process, allowing you to work more efficiently and contribute to further improvements in our workflows.
• Client contact and consulting, providing payroll and HR-related support to both the client's contact person and sometimes directly to employees.
• Responsibility for your own portfolio of clients, ensuring a high level of service, maintaining good relationships, and driving payroll delivery according to set goals.

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least two years of experience in independent payroll work, preferably with experience as a consultant.
• Good knowledge of English, as we work internationally and you will be in contact with colleagues and clients in English.
• Experience with Hogia and Excel is a plus, but above all, we are looking for someone who is comfortable working in digital systems and wants to contribute to the automation of the payroll process.
• A team focus where you are happy to support your colleagues and help create a good working environment.
