About the Role

As a corporate lawyer with us, you will have a broad and varied role and provide support to the business with a focus on commercial agreements, compliance work, M&A, and customer-related matters. You will support all subsidiaries in various legal issues, including reviewing and negotiating contracts. You will also support the business in other countries primarily by coordinating with external representatives to ensure that our legal interests are well represented. You will also develop and lead internal training within the group.

In this role, you will work closely with the Chief Legal Officer, which means you will have the opportunity to participate in strategic decisions and develop your skills in various legal areas. You will report directly to the Chief Legal Officer.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with a Swedish law degree and 2-3 years of experience in M&A and commercial agreements from a law firm or company. To thrive in this role, we believe you are unpretentious and responsible, with a strong ability to build relationships. Furthermore, you are communicative and pragmatic, and enjoy taking your own initiatives. Your advice is both business- and solution-oriented.

You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
