Background
We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner for a global assignment within technology and innovation as well as sales in Sweden.
The role also has a divisional responsibility for diversity and inclusion (D&I). The assignment involves working closely with senior business leaders and driving HR strategies that support the organization's goals.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior business leaders to develop strategies that drive productivity and growth, while ensuring that HR initiatives support business objectives.
- Provide expert support and coaching on personnel issues to address current and future challenges.
- Lead and develop diversity and inclusion efforts with clear goals and KPI tracking.
- Drive talent management and support managers in building a strong talent pipeline.
- Identify and develop competencies to ensure future competitiveness in strategic workforce planning.
- Coach, inspire, and engage leaders and management teams in HR issues related to business and HR strategies.
- Act as a sounding board and provide feedback to managers on leadership behaviors and their impact on the organization.
- Lead strategic HR and business projects at a cross-functional level and across multiple countries.
- Drive organizational and performance development to optimize structures and increase productivity.
- Utilize HR analytics and data-driven insights to enable informed decisions in workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design.
- Promote and strengthen a winning corporate culture.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record in business and leadership roles.
- Master's degree in HRM, psychology, or equivalent in business administration and HR management.
- Strong business acumen and experience in change management, preferably M&A.
- Ability to work effectively at all levels within the organization, both individually and in groups.
- Experience in managing labor relations, authorities, and industry organizations.
- Familiarity with working in a complex matrix organization.
- Ability to connect business strategy with HR strategy and translate this into concrete action plans.
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and activities simultaneously.
Conditions
- Start date: April 1, 2025
- End date: February 28, 2026
- Scope: 100%
- Location: At the client (with the possibility of 25% remote work)
- Working languages: Swedish and English
