HR Specialist in Compensation & Benefits

For our client in the manufacturing industry, we are looking for an experienced HR Specialist focused on Compensation & Benefits. This role involves close collaboration with various departments to ensure that salary and benefits strategies support the organization's goals. The role has a global focus and involves work across multiple markets. Responsibilities include: Monitoring external regulations, trends, and benchmarks in the Compensation & Benefits area. Improving and updating internal systems and guidelines to ensure compliance with the company's service model. Working effectively with AI and other digital tools to optimize processes. Providing training and specialist support in Compensation & Benefits to HR and managers. Being the product and process owner for the Compensation & Benefits area. Driving and participating in projects and initiatives related to compensation and benefit systems. Ensuring that the company's compensation systems are competitive, fair, and aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

  • You have relevant education.
  • You have experience as an HR specialist with a strong understanding of the Compensation & Benefits area.
  • You have experience in payroll and benefits administration, including pensions, insurance, bonuses, and other employee rewards.
  • You have knowledge of salary structures, job evaluation, and market benchmarking.
  • You are familiar with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and compensation analysis tools.
  • You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Start date and application

Full-time, office hours. Our client wishes to start on April 14, 2025, and the assignment is expected to run until March 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension. You will be employed by JobBusters and work as a consultant for our exciting client in Gothenburg. Remote work is possible 2-3 days a week.
