Jr. Business Analyst

ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Jr. Business Analyst, you will become part of Mantec's experienced consulting team, where you will work with business development and change management for client companies. You will analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to implementing solutions that create long-term results.

The position offers a steep learning curve and gives you the opportunity to quickly build experience in management consulting. Since Mantec is an international consulting firm, you will work in a dynamic environment with varying assignments. Travel is required as projects are conducted on-site with clients, providing you with a unique opportunity to work in different industries and corporate cultures.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

• Work on consulting assignments focusing on process development and change management
• Analyze and interpret company data, processes, and the strengths and weaknesses of organizations
• Develop strategic recommendations and assist in implementing improvement measures
• Participate in workshops, training, and change initiatives with clients
• Collaborate with senior consultants and various business stakeholders within client companies
• Drive analysis and reporting using Excel, Power BI, and other decision support systems
• Be responsible for the administration of the company’s methodology that needs to be updated
• Other administrative tasks relevant to the role

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has a recognized university degree, for example in industrial economics, finance, or as an engineer
• Has experience in analytical work and is comfortable with data management and business analysis
• Has a few years of work experience in relevant areas such as finance, logistics, or technology
• Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Has good knowledge of Excel and an understanding of quantitative analysis
• Has a B driver's license and the ability to travel for assignments

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience with Power BI, Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization tools
• Previous experience in an analytical or consulting role
