About the role As an HR generalist at VTD, you are an operational partner to our managers and leaders. We work every day to create the best possible conditions for a healthy corporate culture and increased well-being for all employees. The HR department works broadly, deeply, and always close to the business. No day is the same – but that’s what makes working with people so exciting, right?

Examples of tasks

• Support the business in occupational health and safety issues and drive activities within systematic work environment management.
• Provide support to managers in personnel matters.
• Work with preventive measures and actions related to equal treatment and handling of offensive treatment.
• Develop and implement HR processes and policies.
• Participate in and support change projects based on the needs of the business.
• Manage HR administration and system support, for example, in incident management (IA).
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding as needed.

Qualifications:

• Academic degree in HR or other relevant post-secondary education.
• Several years of experience working in HR.
• Basic knowledge of labor law and work environment.
• Good ability to quickly familiarize yourself with and work with new systems.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Experience in handling personnel matters and systematic work environment management.
• Experience working in an organization with collective employees, preferably in the transport industry.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
