Controller Team Leader

About the Position

The role is an expansion of the organization, which means you will have personnel responsibility for, and work together with, a team of a total of five controllers and two Business Intelligence developers. Together, you will support the business in developing decision-making materials, analyzing, and making data-driven decisions.

Organizationally, you belong to the Finance Department and report to the Chief Financial Officer. The position is located in Källby.

Main Responsibilities

• Support, guide, and develop controllers and BI developers within the department.
• Ensure availability and visualization of data in reports to provide the right decision support in the business.
• Act as support for the business in analysis, follow-up, and budgeting.
• Ensure analysis and follow-up of trends and signal improvement opportunities and losses in real-time.
• Ensure analysis of goal fulfillment.
• Be the cohesive force for the budgeting process within the company.
• The role also includes operational controller work.

Suitable Background

You are an educated economist at the college or university level. You have good leadership experience and experience in controller work from a larger organization. We also see that you have a high understanding of systems.

The work requires you to be analytical and able to work with details, but also to see the whole and guide the team to the best path to achieve long-term goals. You also have the ability to convey financial insights in a simple and understandable way for the business.
