JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are now looking for a dedicated and competent procurement coordinator for the finance department at the Social Administration Center.
You will be one of the two procurement coordinators in the administration, and together you will be the administration's specialists in procurement issues. You will lead and support the administration's operations towards sustainable and effective purchases. The work is also carried out in close collaboration with procurement administrators, managers, and buyers. Our administration performs many different types of purchases, providing you with an exciting work environment and the opportunity to contribute to an organization that is at the heart of social development.
Your responsibilities include:
- Renewed competitive bidding, direct procurements, and service purchases.
- Developing and implementing procurement strategies and policies.
- Working on improvement efforts and internal control of the procurement process.
- Reviewing and following up contracts with suppliers.
- Local operational support (LVS) in Proceedo.
- Responsible for training within the procurement process.
- Supporting and leading the administration's procurement network.
- Carrying out assignments, analyses, investigations, and handling matters within the finance, procurement, and contract areas.
- Driving development work and leading projects within your area.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in procurement/contracting or a university degree in economics, or other education that the employer assesses as equivalent. We also require that you have good knowledge of the Public Procurement Act (LOU) and the regulations that apply to purchases/orders on framework agreements. Experience in independent work within the procurement/contracting area is also a requirement.
It is considered meritorious if you have good knowledge of the procurement system Proceedo. Experience working in the social services area is also seen as an advantage.
To be the right person for the job, you need to be analytical, structured, and have good pedagogical skills. You have the ability to see connections and can draw logical conclusions from limited and/or complex information. You plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively. You ensure that work is completed on time and follow up on results.
You can work both independently and collaboratively. You understand the common mission and work to make it as good as possible. To thrive in the position, you also need to enjoy change work. You can quickly change your perspective and approach and see opportunities in changes.
Finally, you are also communicative and skilled in both spoken and written communication. You are comfortable handling many internal and external contacts and adapt your communication to the recipient, target group, and situation.
