JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to help develop and simplify governance in an important and dynamic administration? As a business controller at Kretslopp and Vatten, you will play a central role in supporting the administration's managers in operational planning, follow-up, risk management, and control. Together with your colleagues in the controller team, you will be responsible for creating structure and systematics as well as providing support for effective operational governance.

You will also have a key role in supporting the administration's managers in the city's system support Stratsys and contribute knowledge from a cross-administrative perspective to ensure that the work is carried out efficiently and in accordance with our goals. In this role, you are also expected to be comfortable in steering, coordinating, and controlling based on the administration's processes. Examples of tasks include being responsible for the administration's governance annual wheel and the planning and follow-up process. This includes coordinating reports to the city such as interim and annual reports.

The position is located in the Strategic Coordination department. The department is responsible for structure, methods, and tools for planning, following up, and developing operations. Strategic Coordination is also responsible for the annual fee process and the construction of fees, as well as coordinating research and development, environmental and climate work, and cross-administrative referrals. The department consists of nine employees with positions such as strategist, administrative controller, business controller, operational developer, environmental coordinator, and investigator.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a university degree in a relevant field, such as public administration. It is an advantage if you have previously worked with Stratsys and have experience in a similar role in public administration.
