We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Global Business Partner for a position in the Gothenburg area. You will lead the strategic HR work for Technology & Innovation as well as Sales Sweden and have a divisional role responsible for D&I.

• Collaboration with senior business leaders to develop HR strategies that drive growth and productivity
• Advising and coaching on personnel issues
• Driving D&I work with clear goals and follow-up
• Responsible for Talent Management and skills development
• Supporting leaders and management in HR issues related to business strategies
• Driving strategic HR projects across multiple countries and functions
• Optimizing organizational structures and productivity
• Using HR analytics and data-driven insights for decision-making
• Promoting a strong corporate culture and employee engagement

Has 10+ years of experience in HR with proven business and leadership success

Has a degree in HRM, psychology, business administration, or similar

Has strong business acumen and experience in change management (preferably M&A)

Thrives in a complex and global organization

Is accustomed to handling union relations and external stakeholders

Can connect business strategy to HR and translate it into concrete actions

Communicates fluently in Swedish and English

Assignment period: April 1, 2025 - February 28, 2026

Scope: Full-time 100%, remote work approximately 25%

Location: Jonsered

Languages: Swedish & English
