EXPERIENCED ACCOUNTING CONSULTANT FOR ACCOUNTING FIRM ERIKA THÖRNÄS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In the role of accounting consultant, you will work with ongoing bookkeeping for both limited companies and sole proprietorships. You will be responsible for handling both digital and physical documentation and managing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Furthermore, you will prepare tax declarations as well as declarations for both individuals (INK1) and companies (INK2). You will also hold year-end meetings with clients to present results and provide qualified advice.

• Ongoing bookkeeping for limited companies and sole proprietorships
• Handling of digital and physical documentation
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Tax declarations
• INK1 and INK2 declarations
• Year-end meetings

We also see that you preferably have experience with Visma administration, Visma payroll, Wolters Kluwer Tax Financial Statements, Office suite, Visma E-economy, and Fortnox.

To succeed in the role of accounting consultant, you are stress-resistant, productive, and have a positive attitude. You enjoy collaborating and find it easy to build good relationships with both colleagues and clients. You are self-driven and have independently managed your clients' bookkeeping, declarations, financial statements, and annual reports. Your ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality services is crucial for you to thrive and succeed in this role.

Requirements for the position:

• 5 years of industry experience
• Self-driven

• Experience in the construction and contracting industry regarding VAT and taxation
• Experience in the real estate industry regarding VAT and taxation
• Experience with payroll setups
