The market area Skaraborg Jönköping currently has a customer base consisting of housing cooperatives and commercial property owners. We deliver complete management services and have strong growth in a favorable market.
The market area conducts property management and currently has about 150 employees within Economic and Technical Management, Customer Group, and Property Services.
We are now looking for a new colleague for economic management.
As an economist at Riksbyggen, you will work in an advisory role with many customer contacts. You will work closely with our technical managers, customer managers, and other delivery units to ensure that you can together deliver long-term good management services that create added value for our customers.

You will be the economist for a number of our customers, where you will represent Riksbyggen in several housing cooperative boards. You will be responsible for financial monitoring of the operations through analysis and advice. The work also includes handling ongoing financial management, loan procurement, financial planning, and presenting budgets, forecasts, and annual accounts to the boards. You will be responsible for developing the long-term collaboration with the customer and act as Riksbyggen's representative in several managed housing cooperatives, thus also participating in board and annual meetings in the evenings. You will also be the contact person for suppliers, authorities, housing cooperative members, boards, and others regarding financial issues.
You contribute with your competence and engagement.
We are looking for someone who is interested in customer contacts and has the ability to see and meet customer needs while acting professionally. You have the ability to create an open and trusting dialogue as well as good collaboration internally and externally. Furthermore, it is important that you can take a broader perspective and work towards long-term sustainable strategies for the customer's financial management.
You have an economic education from a university/college or equivalent. You have worked with various aspects of finance and have experience in budget work/annual accounts/reporting, and if you have worked in the real estate industry, it is an advantage.
The position is a permanent full-time employment based in Mariestad, but work in other locations within the market area may occur. The tasks also include meetings in the evenings and board assignments.
The position requires a driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.

As an employee at Riksbyggen, you are also expected to be a member of one or more housing cooperatives; if you have board assignments, a responsibility fee will be paid.
