Accounting Economist with a Focus on Treasury Services

About the role as an Accounting Economist - Treasury Services:

As an accounting economist within Treasury Services at our client Vattenfall, you will be a central part of the Finance Business Support team. You will handle payment files, manual payments, reconciliations, and investigations regarding payments. Your tasks include ongoing accounting and reporting, account reconciliations and analyses, VAT reconciliations and reporting, tax, asset accounting, and more. You will also participate in year-end closing work. Knowledge in SAP is an advantage, as well as knowledge in legal accounting and IFRS. Analytical skills and some leadership may be required.

Common tasks include:

• Performing payment files and manual payments.
• Account reconciliations and analyses.
• VAT reconciliations and reporting.
• Tax and asset accounting.
• Participating in year-end closing work.

Who we are looking for:

At Jefferson Wells, we are looking for someone with a university degree and at least 2 years of experience in accounting. You are proficient in MS Office and can communicate fluently in Swedish and English. Experience with Treasury Services-related tasks is a plus. We value a service-oriented, solution-focused, and team-oriented attitude.

To succeed in this role, we see that you:

• Have a university degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of work experience in accounting.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Can communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
• Experience with Treasury Services-related tasks is a plus.

The assignment will involve a security clearance and background check.
