Kungsängen Health Center is a facility within primary care in the Stockholm County Healthcare Area (SLSO), which is one of Sweden's largest healthcare providers.

We are a team consisting of general practitioners, ST doctors, licensed doctors, AT doctors, district nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, social workers, REKO, and foot care specialists. Job Responsibilities:

The job responsibilities consist of an overall administrative responsibility for the reception. This involves a varied role as cashier and local system administrator in the TakeCare journal system and other digital systems. You will handle incoming referrals, personnel permissions, some invoicing, and payroll administration. You contribute to business development and design and revise local routines in accordance with applicable guidelines.

Your work includes continuously reviewing permissions in various systems and updating information in patient brochures, on the website, and more.

If necessary, the work may involve writing journals, rescheduling and canceling patients, receiving and processing incoming calls via the TeleQ telephone system.

As the reception's administration develops, the job tasks can be adjusted and renewed.

Qualifications:

A degree in medical secretarial training is required. You have good computer skills and find it easy to handle new digital systems and solutions. You have very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form, as well as good knowledge of medical terminology.

It is advantageous if you have experience working as a medical secretary in primary care and are familiar with working in TakeCare (journal system), Heroma (personnel administration), and Platina (document management system).

Employment Type:

Temporary employment. Full-time/part-time 80-100%. Start date and employment rate according to agreement.

As a person, you are efficient and meticulous. You are confident in your role and can independently structure your tasks according to the needs of the business. At the same time, you have good collaboration skills and contribute to a positive work environment and good patient interactions. You are proactive and contribute to the development and improvement of administrative processes.

  • employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment examination, according to applicable directives, which is done through occupational health services before employment.
  • in addition to Swedish professional certification, good knowledge of the Swedish language at level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements apply to non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
