We are looking for a Finnish-speaking HR Advisor for one of our valued clients in Stockholm. In this role, you will work in an HR team at an international company and collaborate with colleagues located throughout the Nordic region. You will manage HR-related processes and routines for Finland.

This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by us at The Place but work at our client company. Working hours are 08:00–17:00, and you will be based in the office with the possibility of remote work about 2 days a week. We are looking for someone who can start immediately, and the assignment initially runs for six months with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities

As an HR Advisor, you will:

• Drive labor law issues for Finland
• Contact Finnish employer organizations and Finnish authorities
• Participate in local negotiations with the company's union representatives
• Engage in various HR-related projects
• Support the payroll team during payroll runs
• Manage benefits and questions regarding employment, collective agreements, etc.
• Support onboarding and offboarding of Finnish employees
• Contact occupational health services and manage personnel data

Qualifications

To fit in and easily take on the role, we see that you have the following background:

• Fluent in Finnish, English, and Swedish
• Good work experience from a similar role in HR
• Good data and system skills

Meritorious

• Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Finland
• Good knowledge of payroll administration
• Relevant education in HR or similar
