ABOUT THE ROLE As a Junior Shift Leader, you play a crucial role in leading and supporting our team in customer support and traffic management. You are responsible for planning and driving the operational activities of the shift, including staff scheduling, where you play an important role in measuring the cost-effectiveness of our deliveries and optimizing resources to meet demand. You will also be responsible for results and follow-up on the following:

• Number of cases per delivery
• Failed deliveries
• Response time to couriers
• Customer satisfaction

Furthermore, you play a central role in staying informed about new routines and changes by providing continuous training and updates. Your task is to ensure that the support team is well-prepared to handle all cases effectively while minimizing the number of cases by preventing problems and optimizing processes.

You will also be responsible for ensuring a good working environment and providing necessary resources for the evening team, where you act as a key contact to report and address any deficiencies or issues. Your role also extends to collecting feedback from the evening team and forwarding this to the appropriate channels for follow-up and action. By ensuring continuous development within the team and implementing improvements where needed, you help drive Airmee forward in our pursuit of providing outstanding service and efficient deliveries.

To thrive and succeed in the role at Airmee, we hope you meet the following requirements:

• You have a completed high school education or equivalent
• You speak and write fluently in Swedish and English

It is a plus if you have previous customer service experience, have experience or interest in data and IT, and if you have worked in the Intercom system.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION Start: By agreement Extent: Full-time with an initial six-month probationary period Location: Centrally located in Stockholm, Västmannagatan 4 Working hours: Evening hours 14:30-23:00, Monday to Friday (weekends may occur).
