Have you worked in the personnel administrative system Heroma, are you a trained payroll consultant, and do you have several years of experience with the entire payroll process from start to finish? Then you might be the one we are looking for.

About the assignment

We are now looking for a payroll consultant for our client in Stockholm. In this role, you will work at a workplace that is active in the public sector. You will be part of the HR department, and the assignment is based on the employer's political strategy by developing and providing qualitative and operational HR support.

The role is full-time, 100%, and can start on 2025-04-01 and lasts throughout the year with a chance for extension. The work will be carried out on-site at the client's premises during office hours. This is a consulting assignment for Bemannia.

Your tasks

The tasks require that you have good collaboration skills and enjoy working in a team with colleagues while contributing your own experience. You work in a structured manner and can plan and prioritize your work effectively. The tasks vary from payroll administration to supporting users in payroll matters based on laws and agreements. This includes maintaining close contact with the operations and providing qualified support to managers and other users in payroll issues, as well as being familiar with the laws and regulations in the payroll area.

You will work independently on cases within your area but will sit together with others in the payroll unit, allowing for close collaboration and support from your colleagues.

Your qualifications

  • Experience working in Heroma
  • Post-secondary education in the payroll area, or equivalent competence acquired through solid professional experience as a payroll specialist/payroll consultant
  • At least two years of professional experience in the payroll area
  • Experience working with many customer contacts and from a clear operational perspective
  • Experience from working with several of the commonly used collective agreements applied in Sweden
  • Good Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious

  • Experience in providing support and service via e.g. phone and/or case management systems
