About the position

We at Perido are now looking for an accounting assistant for our client Stokab, a company owned by the City of Stockholm, specializing in leasing fiber connections to telecom operators, businesses, authorities, and organizations. By offering a competitive-neutral and passive infrastructure in the form of optical fiber, Stokab contributes to IT development and promotes the positive development of the Stockholm region. The company strives to create good conditions for communication and growth, with a vision of making Stockholm Europe's leading growth region. You will be based at the office located near Globen.

Your tasks

In the role of accounting assistant at Stokab, you will assist in both accounts payable and accounts receivable. You will work alongside a colleague for the first two weeks and then handle the tasks completely on your own. Therefore, it is important that you have the skills to work independently in the accounting system Agresso.

Responsibilities in accounts payable:

• Registration and booking of incoming invoices
• Handling purchase invoices

Responsibilities in accounts receivable:

• Handling customer-related inquiries in the CRM mail function

Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of Agresso
• Ability to communicate fluently in both spoken and written form

Meritorious:

• University student in economics

Scope and start date

Full-time, consulting assignment until August 15. Start in mid-June.
