Your Responsibilities
The Prosecutor's Offices in the City, Västerort, and Södra are seeking qualified administrators. As a qualified administrator, you will encounter a dynamic workday with varied tasks.
You will work independently but also collaboratively in a team to ensure the administrative work functions smoothly. Service is a significant part of your daily work, both internally and externally.
Your tasks include:
- providing administrative support to prosecutors, e.g., working in the criminal case diary, managing archiving, and performing general office tasks
- checking, assessing, and registering incoming cases
- being the outward contact in many contexts and thus providing good service to both the public and other authorities – primarily via phone and email
- performing tasks assigned by the administrative manager
- preparing cases
- taking particular responsibility for the chamber's administrative operations
- mentoring and being a conversation partner for colleagues.
The workday is event-driven, and urgent matters can arise quickly, requiring you to make swift decisions and assess what is urgent or not.
Your Qualities and Qualifications
We are looking for someone who
- has a high school diploma or other education deemed equivalent by the employer
- has current and relevant skills corresponding to several years of well-regarded work with administrative tasks that the Prosecutor's Office considers relevant
- has current and relevant experience working in an IT environment and with digital tools within administration, telecommunications, meetings, etc.
- has good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.

It is advantageous to have
- experience working within the justice system
- post-secondary education, e.g., in economics or law.
About the Employment
The positions are permanent employment starting with a six-month probationary period.
Tests may occur during the recruitment process.
Security clearance with a background check may be conducted.
The Prosecutor's Office is a preparedness authority. Upon employment, you may be assigned to the Prosecutor's Office in case of war. Read more under Work with us.
