Sprio is looking for someone who wants to develop within customer service and is driven by delivering excellent service. You will work for an award-winning international company where you will assist incoming customers with questions about apps, smartphones, computers, and tablets. Do you also have experience with iOS and/or MacOS or similar? Then keep reading!

The position is based in Solna and the employment begins with a fully paid training where you will learn everything you need to know to feel completely secure when you start answering customer inquiries. This company offers great development opportunities and further education, so we would like you to enjoy developing and learning new things. Your main task is to identify the customer's problem and guide them to a solution in a pedagogical manner. We prefer that you have a technical interest and are fluent in English, both spoken and written, as all systems are in English.

We are looking for someone who:

Is social and meticulous
Has a technical interest
Enjoys delivering service over the phone
Thrives in a team environment working towards common goals
Is fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English
Has a complete high school diploma
Wants to work for a strong and world-leading company
Experience with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology is a plus

Working hours:

The position is 80-100% and you will work varying hours within customer service opening hours:
