In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and working closely with stakeholders to implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. Your expertise in process mapping, requirement gathering, and RPA technologies will be key in driving operational efficiency and digital transformation within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document automation opportunities.
  • Gather and define business and technical requirements for RPA projects.
  • Work closely with RPA developers and IT teams to design and implement automation solutions.
  • Develop process flow diagrams, use cases, and functional specifications for automation initiatives.
  • Conduct feasibility analysis and assess the potential impact of automation solutions.
  • Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful deployment of RPA solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of automated processes, suggesting optimizations and improvements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on RPA tools and automated workflows.
  • Stay up to date with emerging automation technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with exposure to RPA and automation projects.
  • Strong understanding of RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
  • Experience in process analysis, process modeling, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in working with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements and drive automation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience with SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools is a plus.
  • RPA certifications (UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere) are desirable but not mandatory.
