Lyra is a fast-growing company driven by the goal of helping people achieve financial freedom. The team consists of fifteen dedicated employees who all share a vision of setting a new standard for financial advice. Lyra is a partner-owned company that was named Gazelle Company by Dagens Industri in 2023.

About the role As an advisor at Lyra, you help clients create a financial business plan based on their unique life situation. Your role is to see the whole picture and consider everything from management and cash flow planning to taxes, pensions, and family law. With your holistic approach, you ensure that all parts work together optimally and transparently. Your drive is to create measurable value for your clients through independent advice free from conflicts of interest.

Common tasks include:

• Conducting client meetings including preparation with materials and reports
• Building financial plans tailored to the client
• Meeting follow-ups and client responsibility
• Coaching Associates
• Analysis of portfolio proposals
• Transaction and order placement including reconciliation
• Updating documents and client information
• Market analyses

Furthermore, as an advisor, you are an important part of the work to develop the company forward. You work proactively for the company's best and participate in various projects for the company's development.

About you We are looking for a flexible and self-driven person with a good ability to see connections and a genuine interest in helping clients achieve their financial goals. You see the whole picture and understand how different parts of the business interact, and you are skilled at carefully searching, reading, and analyzing information.

Your colleagues would describe you as a team player with a good balance between humility and determination. You are inspiring and understand the importance of empowering and uplifting your colleagues in a positive way.

From previous roles, you are used to working with clients in the high-end segment, such as private bankers or wealth managers. You are accustomed to handling clients' complex financial needs and have a unique ability to build long-term and trusting relationships.
