The units share responsibility for conducting analysis on current themes, preparing monetary policy decisions, presenting forecasts and analyses to the Riksbank's Executive Board, and working on the preparation of the monetary policy report. Employees from the units also drive the development of analytical tools and models, participate in international collaborations, and organize and participate in discussions with other forecasters, central banks, and institutions.
