At Insurello, we have developed the first digital solution that helps people obtain the right compensation from their accident insurance, making it accessible for everyone. We have already assisted over 47,000 individuals in receiving nearly 1 billion SEK in compensation, and the number of users is growing every hour.

Behind our innovative digital solution is a fantastic team of claims handlers who ensure that all customers contacting Insurello receive the best help and advice, guaranteeing a fantastic customer experience. The Claims Agent team is responsible for:

• Managing incoming customer cases in our CRM system;
• Investigating customers' eligibility for the right compensation;
• Communicating with insurance companies, police authorities, healthcare facilities, and other relevant parties;
• Interacting with our customers and insurance companies via email, chat, and phone.

As part of the Operations team, you have the opportunity to develop and work in the most suitable area of responsibility for you. As you gradually learn more and expand your skills, there is the possibility for you to move between teams, become an Expert, or a Team Lead in a specific area. You can also become an IDD-licensed claims handler – the opportunities for development are here with us!

Who are you?

You have a high school diploma.

You speak fluent Swedish and English.
