We are now looking for a Purchasing & Ticket Coordinator at Nöjesresor.se to join our growing team. As a Purchasing & Ticket Coordinator with us, you will work in a smaller team with wonderful colleagues. Your role is to independently coordinate, plan, and administer tickets for a variety of entertainment events.

Nöjesresor.se is a growing company in the entertainment industry focusing on event packaging primarily within Sweden. With a focus on niche package tours to musicals and concerts, Nöjesresor.se is a leading player offering Sweden's widest range of hotel packages for events. The office is located in newly renovated, bright, and open premises on Folkungagatan, Södermalm in Stockholm.

Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities and tasks include:

• Booking tickets for new events

• Ongoing reconciliations with the organizer and ticket offices.

• Management of allotments, inventory, prices, and balances

• Updating the website

• Coordinating and allocating tickets

• Purchasing tickets

• Other administrative tasks as needed

As a Purchasing & Ticket Coordinator, you will be part of a team of three, where you have great opportunities to develop your role and contribute to the department's work with ticket management and sales by coming up with ideas and suggestions for new routines, processes, and improvements.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who has studied purchasing or tourism/event management or has experience from another industry in purchasing roles involving price and balance management. We prefer that you have experience from previous positions in independently driving your work forward in a creative and unpretentious manner. Good computer skills are a requirement.

Employment type: Full-time (100%)

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.

Start date: As soon as possible. Selection and interviews will be conducted continuously.

Salary: According to agreement.
