Academic Work is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative on behalf of our client. You will work Monday to Friday during office hours. The start is immediate, and the position begins with thorough training.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

As a Service Coordinator, you will sit in an open office together with the rest of your colleagues. Your tasks will consist of receiving calls from both private and corporate customers via phone, along with the associated administration. You will work with your colleagues to achieve the company's high service goals.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has previous work experience in service
• Has excellent knowledge of Norwegian and good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as these languages are used in daily work
• You are comfortable with phone and computer usage

It is an advantage if you have:

• Work experience in customer service with phone as the primary working tool

To succeed well in the role of customer service representative, you need to be focused on helping their customers and your colleagues. You are a cheerful and positive person who enjoys working in an environment where the pace can be high at times. You will have a lot of internal and external contact, which requires good collaboration skills. You are a pronounced team player and also have the ability to perform individually. Furthermore, we also see that you understand the importance of good and professional behavior in a serious workplace.

Additional Information

• Start: Immediate, initially a 6-month employment with very good chances of extension as the assignment and collaboration are long-term.
• Scope: Full-time. The work is scheduled Monday to Friday during office hours.
• Location: Kista/Malmö/Hybrid.
