HR Generalist at Stockholm Student Housing

Our client, Stockholm Student Housing (SSSB), is a foundation established in 1958 by the Central Organization of Student Unions in Stockholm (SSCO). Just like today, they work with the vision that everyone who invests in their studies should have a home to call their own. Stockholm Student Housing was founded by students who wanted to address the housing shortage in Stockholm. With over 8500 student accommodations in Stockholm, they are the largest in Sweden and continue to build more housing to provide space for even more students.

As an HR Generalist at SSSB, you will work broadly with both operational and strategic HR tasks. The position involves responsibility for recruitment processes, development and updating of internal routines and documents, as well as administration related to onboarding, internships, and summer jobs. You will also contribute to the launch of training via SSSB Academy and other administrative tasks. The role offers the opportunity to be involved in various areas, from policy work to personnel support.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone with a degree in HR or equivalent experience who is accustomed to working independently in a broad HR role. You have experience in recruitment and administrative tasks and are a good communicator in Swedish, both spoken and written. As a person, you are service-oriented, solution-focused, and structured, with an eye for both details and the big picture.

Experience in process development and work within the public or non-profit sector is a plus.
