Warranty Administrator with Experience in the Automotive Industry

Do you have experience as a warranty administrator and are looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a structured and detail-oriented person who wants to be a key player in a great team.

About the Role

As a warranty administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring high quality in our work orders and that the correct documentation is in place for warranties. You will work closely with our service advisors and technicians and play an important role in following up and quality assuring workshop jobs.

The role also includes:

• Development of routines and processes regarding warranty cases.
• Training and support for workshop staff.
• Pricing and handling of customer cases, including vehicle handover and payments.

We are looking for someone who has

• Experience as a warranty administrator/pricer
• Experience with systems such as ELSA, Cabas, Winassist, and Etka.
• Valid driver's license (B).

Working hours are scheduled during daytime Monday to Friday. This is a full-time position, starting immediately.
