About the role

As a Customer Success Specialist, you are a key player in ensuring customer satisfaction and technical support. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolve technical issues, and work proactively to improve the customer experience. The role requires good technical understanding, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in helping customers.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues, as well as escalate more complex cases.
  • Work proactively to improve the customer experience and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance products and services.
  • In the long run, the role will also include business trips to Denmark to establish the company's operations there.
Who we are looking for

To succeed in this role, we believe you:

  • Have prior experience in technical support, customer service, or a similar role (preferably within IT, telecom, or SaaS).
  • Are solution-oriented and accustomed to handling technical problems in a structured manner.
  • Have strong communication skills and can adapt your communication to the customer's needs.
  • Are analytical, self-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have good IT understanding and can quickly familiarize yourself with new systems and technical solutions.
  • Fluently speak and write Danish, Swedish, and English.

Meritorious:

  • Experience working with support of complex software systems or journal systems.
