We at Bee Bemanning are looking for a Service Planning Officer for our client, a leading company in climate solutions. In this role, you will be a key person in the service department responsible for handling warranty and return issues, service follow-up, and customer support.

Responsibilities

• Warranty Management and Returns – Responsible for customer dialogue regarding warranty and return questions and support installers in ordering spare parts.
• Service Follow-up and Analysis – Create and analyze quality and efficiency reports to support management's decision-making.
• System Administration – Work in SAP, CRM, and other service-related systems and support colleagues with system usage.
• Customer Support – Manage field coordination as needed by coordinating service assignments between customers and service partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative work and/or a technical background is a plus.
• At least 1–2 years of work experience is required if you lack an academic education.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with SAP is advantageous.
• A university degree in business administration, logistics, or equivalent experience is preferable.

Additional Information

The position is primarily located at the client's office in Solna, but remote work is possible if needed. Working hours are Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:30 and Friday 08:00-16:00. This is a full-time position with a fixed monthly salary and attractive benefits.
