As a case officer with a focus on Language Meeting, you have an important mission, as you are often the citizen's first contact with the Swedish Social Insurance Agency and thus help to strengthen trust in both the Agency and the social insurance system. We at Language Meeting answer questions regarding the entire Swedish social insurance system, which includes over 50 different benefits. You will inform and communicate over the phone with individuals in Swedish, English, and preferably a third language.
Customer contact, telephony, and service
Your main task will be to speak on the phone with our customers as we are a telephonic customer service. The position involves incoming and outgoing calls in customer service. You will also answer questions via email.
You assist individuals in identifying their needs and provide them with general and specific information via phone. An important part of your mission is to inform and provide support in our self-service solutions and create conditions for citizens to independently manage their cases. You need to be an experienced computer user and able to handle a substantial flow of information to meet the various needs of customers. This requires you to effectively retrieve information from different websites and systems while having the customer on the phone.
The position involves handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper management. Therefore, it is important that you, who will work with us, have a high level of security awareness.

We are looking for someone who
- has a high school diploma or experiences/qualifications that can be deemed equivalent
- has very good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English
- enjoys providing effective service with a good attitude and high quality
- has a very good ability to handle a substantial flow of information to answer customers' questions in a legally secure manner
- has good computer skills and experience working in multiple systems simultaneously
- takes responsibility for achieving good results
- can adapt based on the needs of the organization in a changing environment
- understands and values people's differences
- actively contributes to a good common working environment
- is engaged, contributes, and wants to invest long-term in our operations.
It is an advantage if you
- in addition to Swedish and English have very good communication skills in spoken and written in one or more of the following languages: Finnish, Somali, Tigrinya, or Arabic
- have current experience working with daily customer meetings over the phone
- have current experience working in teams and working towards common goals

Other
Working hours are weekdays between 08:00-16:27. A number of positions, permanent, full-time with start date according to agreement. A probationary period may be applicable. The Swedish Social Insurance Agency conducts a financial background check before a hiring decision is made. Psychological tests may be used in this recruitment. Salary range: 29,500 - 31,000 SEK/month.
We will have a mandatory recruitment seminar on April 28, 2025, for those who proceed after psychological tests. During the seminar, both written and oral language tests will be conducted in all languages, and you will receive information about the organization and the mission.
Physical interviews will be held at the Telephone Plan office in Stockholm. More information will be sent to those who proceed in the recruitment process. Interviews will be held from May 12, 2025 - May 16, 2025.
