Workplace: Frösundavik, Solna Hybrid (Opportunity for remote work a few days a week) Scope: Full-time position, office hours About the team & role As a Project Controller, you are responsible for managing both administrative and financial operations within the organization. Your role includes a combination of office management tasks, such as coordinating travel and maintaining deliveries, as well as financial responsibilities, including processing transactions, preparing financial reports, and administering payroll in the respective country.

Examples of financial tasks:

• Register and reconcile financial transactions according to company guidelines.
• Code invoices, handle supplier inquiries, and prepare financial reports.
• Administer payroll, taxes, and employee data according to applicable laws.
• Update the financial system and conduct internal controls for data integrity.
• Assist in budget work and financial forecasts as well as analyze financial results.

Examples of administrative tasks:

• Coordinate meetings, travel, and hotel bookings, as well as manage office supplies and maintenance.
• Plan and organize corporate events and be responsible for logistics and execution.
• Maintain effective administrative routines and serve as a contact point for office-related issues.

You will start the role as a consultant through EdZa but with the ambition to be recruited by CWP if both parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

In addition to your personal qualities, we see that you:

• Have a degree in finance
• Have some form of experience in financial work. Perhaps you have worked part-time as a finance assistant during your studies or had your first finance job?
• Can communicate fluently in Swedish and English in the role as both languages are used daily. If you speak German, that is a plus.
