What does the role entail?

As a contract administrator, you will work with the administration of Advania's invoicing, which involves work before, during, and after, with a primary focus on the preparatory work. You will work in systems such as SAP and Agresso, and your tasks will include:

Setting up customers for invoicing
Handling invoices and ensuring everything looks correct
Controls and reminders
Credit invoicing
Managing changes to customer records
Other administrative tasks in the systems

The role is based in Liljeholmen, Stockholm, and you will report to the Business Administration Manager. The Business Administration team you will be part of consists of about 8 people within the contract group.
