Who are you? Right now, Bustos Consulting Services AB has received an exciting assignment from an attractive client. In this position, we focus more on personal qualities than experience. We see that you have a drive for the role of a supervisor and enjoy being out in production. To thrive as a supervisor/team leader, it is fundamental that you have a knack for leadership. You are flexible and can easily adapt to new projects. Your personality is characterized by being service-minded, professional, and flexible. Furthermore, you are structured and appreciate an open environment, unpretentious, results- and solution-oriented, driven, and stress-resistant. Additionally, you work with great commitment and can work well both in a team and independently.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 1–3 years of experience in construction, civil engineering, and/or infrastructure
• Communicates well in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing, and has a good ability to be clear.
• Has a valid driver's license (B)
• Holds a relevant university degree

It is also an advantage if you have:

• Experience as a team leader
