We are looking for an experienced Production Leader in Rectifier Stations and Project Support BEST

We are seeking a Production Leader for Rectifier Stations and Project Support BEST for an exciting assignment. The assignment involves production management for contracts and project support within BEST work. The role requires experience in complex infrastructure projects and the ability to work in large project organizations.

About the assignment:

As a Production Leader BEST, you will be responsible for leading and managing contracts and ensuring that the work is carried out according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements. The assignment also involves providing technical support during the design phase and coordinating interfaces between contractors, operations personnel, and other project stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

-Leading and managing contracts.

-Overall responsibility for the production of BEST work regarding time, cost, and quality.

-Collaboration and coordination with other production leaders, project managers, and project participants.

-Financial monitoring and reporting of the project's budget and schedule.

-Handling of changes, including documentation and accounting.

-Coordination of interfaces with the operations personnel.

-Ensuring workplace safety, environmental requirements, and technical guidelines according to the Transport Administration's governing documents.

-Participation in inspections and handover to the Transport Department.

-Communication with authorities, contractors, and external parties.

-Support during the design of contracts for Rectifier Stations and BEST work.

-Reviewing design documents from a production perspective.

-Production planning for rectifier stations and BEST work.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who has:

-At least 5 years of experience in production management within rectifier stations and/or BEST work.

-Experience in large infrastructure projects, preferably within public transport.

-Good understanding of contract law and experience in handling changes.

-Competence in electrical and signaling systems, rectifier stations, and track-related electrical work.

-Ability to work systematically and independently in large project organizations.

-Experience in monitoring budgets and schedules in contract projects.

-Experience in project support and technical descriptions is a plus.

Location and work environment

-Location: Stockholm, Sundbyberg, with the possibility to work remotely 1–2 days a week.

-Working hours: 40 hours per week.
