As a Water Technology Manager with us, you will have a central role in our projects and become part of our design unit, which currently consists of eight people. Here, we collaborate closely with project managers, connection administrators, operations staff, pipeline engineers, measurement engineers, GIS engineers, and municipal representatives to develop and improve our water and wastewater facilities. As a Water Technology Manager at Roslagsvatten, you will have overall responsibility for the delivery of design documents for our water and wastewater facilities. You will be involved in everything from preliminary and detailed design to producing quantity lists and technical descriptions.

Examples of Responsibilities:

Preliminary and detailed design of water and wastewater facilities.
Act as technical support during the execution phase.
Provide technical support to consultants.
Drive and follow up on technical issues between technical areas and suppliers.
Dimension pipeline networks.
Produce technical descriptions and quantity lists.
Set requirements, follow up, and review design documents from consultants and external parties, such as developers.

You will have a central role where you are responsible for planning and timelines within your projects. As a Water Technology Manager, you support project managers by driving water-related issues within the projects and ensuring technical solutions. You work both independently and together with consultants to produce high-quality design documents. We offer a varied and challenging position with the opportunity to work on exciting projects in our five owner municipalities, with a chance for development. To facilitate your start, you will receive a mentor to support you during your initial time at Roslagsvatten. Your projects will be tailored to your experience and expertise.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who:

Is an engineer in road, water, or has equivalent technical education.
Has at least five years of experience in water design and has worked as a technical manager.
Is self-driven and has the ability to both support and lead others in the team.
Has good knowledge of Civil 3D.
Has experience in producing quantity descriptions.
Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Has a B driver's license.
Education and knowledge in Bas-P/U is an advantage.

As an employee at Roslagsvatten, you are subject to military placement.

Scope: Permanent employment with start date according to agreement, preferably as soon as possible. We apply a six-month probationary period.
Working hours: Office hours with flexible time.
Workplace: Sågvägen, Åkersberga.
