Job responsibilities

As a Designer with construction management responsibility, you have overall responsibility for planning, leading, and driving your projects while contributing with construction management expertise. You design and calculate fiber expansion, coordinate technicians and subcontractors, and ensure the quality of deliveries in projects of varying complexity. The role also involves financial responsibility, where you support in matters related to business agreements, manage documentation for extra billing, and actively work to improve profitability in the projects.

You are responsible for planning resources, following up on quality work, handling complaints, and ensuring that services meet customer requirements. With your technical expertise and coordination skills, you serve as an important contact person for technicians, subcontractors, and external stakeholders. The role offers good development opportunities within the company and a chance to influence operations in a combined technical and leadership role. Although the work is primarily office-based, an understanding of practical work in the field is required. You will collaborate with a team of experienced and competent colleagues, where your experience and expertise can contribute to developing the team. Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Completed high school education • Previous experience in fiber, for example as a designer, construction manager, or technician • B driver's license • You speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English We believe that you who are applying for the position are meticulous, structured, and have an easy time working with different types of people. You are good at handling high workloads and know how to drive your own processes forward. You have the ability to act quickly and are comfortable making decisions and acting on them.
