Do you have experience leading and distributing concrete work in infrastructure and/or construction projects? Is leadership and quality close to your heart? Entrecon Consulting has several inquiries from our clients for senior and experienced site managers/block managers for concrete. We accept applications continuously and match them with requests from our clients and customers. You will be employed by Entrecon Consulting and work on assignments at the client's site.

The Assignment

In the role of site manager/block manager for concrete, you are responsible for leading and distributing work while ensuring that the project's schedule and budget are maintained, with quality intact. It is a developing role where you, on both an operational and strategic level, drive and develop employees, processes, and work environment in collaboration with other functions in the company. You have at least 10 years of experience in infrastructure or construction projects, of which at least 3-5 years as a site manager/block manager for concrete/construction contracts.

Competence

We are looking for a driven, decisive, and communicative leader with a good overall perspective and the ability to lead groups and distribute work. Furthermore, you have:

• Documented experience in a similar role with complex concrete/construction contracts where multiple technical components interact.
• Procurement
• AMA
• Regulation
• Project economics and scheduling
• At least concrete class 1

Meritorious is a construction engineering education from a university or vocational college as well as experience with personnel responsibility in previous positions. You should also have experience and be able to handle the most commonly used digital tools.
