RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Duties

The role of construction manager at Eltel is varied and includes several responsibilities and tasks. Your duties include driving, developing, and following up on quality work, as well as taking advantage of improvement proposals and ensuring that complaints are addressed. You will be responsible for ensuring that delivered services meet the requirements and goals agreed upon with the customer. In addition, you will:

• Support technicians and subcontractors in the field with detailed knowledge of the current business agreement
• In consultation with production planning, manage the planning of subcontractors and be the contact person for them
• Ensure accurate reporting from technicians and subcontractors
• Determine when obstacles/deviations need to be escalated to the result manager
• Ensure that equipment and materials are available

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has a 3-year upper secondary education with a technical focus or equivalent competence
• Has good knowledge and understanding of economics
• Has very good skills in the Microsoft Office suite
• Has a manual B driver's license
• Is fluent in Swedish and has good knowledge of English

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience working as an excavator operator or in excavation work in streets, roads, and green areas
• Knowledge of fiber technology and/or business/construction law
• Experience as a designer/project manager and/or as a technician

Knowledge can be acquired through education, experience, or self-learning.
