Addstruction AB is a small contracting company operating throughout the Stockholm area. Our projects are varied, focusing on ground works such as drainage, house foundations, retaining walls/paving, cable trenches, V/A installations, snow removal, and fine planning, among others. Our clients are a combination of private individuals, housing associations, and other companies. We stand out by prioritizing good customer relationships and a professional approach. The company is growing, and we are receiving more inquiries; we are now looking for another excavator operator who wants to be part of our development.

We currently have two tracked excavators, 6 tons and 8.5 tons. Wheel loaders, tractors, dumpers, and our own truck are also part of the fleet. The majority of the projects we undertake require you to work quite a bit outside the machine as well, with various construction and ground works such as walls, drainage, paving, and house foundations.

We are unionized through the machine operator agreement and SEKO.

You should be reliable, enjoy responsibility, and be looking for a stable employment where we can together develop the company and take it to the next level without losing that personal touch and communication between us who run the company and you as an employee.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer accommodation. Since we are looking to hire for the long term, it is preferable that you live in the Stockholm area.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in the profession.
• Enjoy working both in and outside the machine.
• Be self-sufficient and enjoy taking responsibility.
• Have good physical condition.
• B driver's license.
• Good knowledge of Swedish.
• Existing training certificate for excavator and wheel loader, or that it is arranged before employment starts. Registration as an apprentice with BYN will be done by us.

• BE/C driver's license

Start: Immediately

Working hours: 7-16 with some flexibility, 40-hour week.

Location: Southern Stockholm

Employment type: full-time, starting with a 6-month probationary period that then transitions into a permanent position.
