About the role
As a project manager, you will be responsible for the operation of projects, primarily within construction and installation as well as related to maintenance plans - supervision, care, and planned maintenance - for the properties.
Examples of tasks:
- Operational project management and coordination
- Calculate projects and prepare bids for clients
- Establish supplier agreements and manage orders related to projects
- Continuously communicate with clients and other stakeholders regarding status, timelines, budgets, and progress of ongoing projects
- Actively work on improving routines and working methods
- Act as construction site safety coordinator (BAS-P, BAS-U)

We are looking for someone who has:
- 3-5 years of experience in project management within technical installation or equivalent.
- Good understanding and documented knowledge of contract law such as AB/ABT or equivalent
- Technical university degree in property management, property development, construction, or equivalent.
- Experience in business development and change management
- Familiarity with client dialogues and steering group presentations
- Documented competence in Bas-P/Bas-U
- Good understanding of project economics and processes
- Very good Swedish and English in speech and writing
- Driving license B
Meritorious:
- Project management training or equivalent
- Previous experience working with maintenance systems, Maximo or similar
- Project experience and experience in property technology in hospitals.

About the position
Employment type: Permanent full-time (100%) with an initial probationary period of 6 months
Location: Stockholm Söderort
Working hours: Weekdays, office hours
Start date: By agreement
The role is placed in a security class, and a security screening according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) will be conducted before employment.
