About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and business-minded project manager in HVAC and energy who wants to take a key role in a well-established specialist company. You will lead projects for housing cooperatives and private property owners, with responsibility from start to finish. The role requires good technical understanding, the ability to manage multiple parallel assignments, and strong customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate HVAC and energy-related projects
• Act as project leader and client support towards the customer
• Establish and follow up on timelines, budgets, and contracts
• Conduct technical meetings and communicate with boards and property managers
• Ensure quality and progress in every part of the project

Qualifications

• Master's degree or bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Approximately 10 years of experience in HVAC, energy, or technical project management
• Background as a consultant or project manager, preferably from companies similar to ÅF
• Experience working with housing cooperatives or private property owners
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Business-minded and customer-focused
• Preferably an established network within the real estate industry
