We are looking for a Technical Documentation Manager for an assignment in Stockholm. 

This is a consulting assignment. 

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

The Technical Documentation Manager is the point of contact between the project and the management organization for all technical documentation issues in the project. This means that the resource is responsible for all activities that fall under the “Project” according to the documentation process of the client.  Responsibilities

Technical Documentation

• Develop requirements list, budget, timeline, and resource plan for the project's technical documentation deliveries
• Prepare FFU for documentation deliveries
• Participate in bid reviews
• Clarify and write the documentation plan and document list
• In consultation with the main project manager and sub-project managers, establish instructions for technical documentation in the project
• In consultation with the main project manager and any sub-project managers, schedule documentation deliveries and prepare budget including follow-up on budget regarding sub-project documentation.
• Support technical sub-project managers involved in the project regarding documentation

Reporting and Daily Management

• Lead the tasks within technical documentation in accordance with the overall project's approved project plan.
• Ensure that all (technical) sub-projects are included in the documentation plan from TG0-TG4.
• Follow up on documentation deliveries through e.g. FAT with suppliers
• Ensure that ATB (General Technical Regulations) documentation is followed or ensure that deviations are decided in consultation with the ATB responsible.
• Ensure that the correct templates according to standards are used in the project and that documents are checked out and number series are booked according to regular procedures
• Be the recipient of all technical documentation in all phases according to the documentation plan
• Plan, lead, and drive the review process for the project's documentation deliveries
• Be responsible for the project delivering data to the maintenance system IFS and DM AnLDok
• Establish and define role descriptions for any external or internal resources involved in the sub-project
• Collaborate with BAS-P/BAS-U regarding EHS related technical documentation
• Continuously report to the project's PL

Requirements (NOTE, mandatory)

• Technical university education
• Good knowledge of technical documentation and drawings, technical information systems
• Have participated in or performed several similar assignments in the relevant field with high quality. 
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form

Meritorious 

• Several years of experience in project or sub-project management within Technical Facility Documentation
